Could not activate iPad

I got this error while traveling, since I'm not at home I can't use iTunes to sync.

"Your iPad could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable"

My iPad was never jailbreaked, I buy a lot of music and applications and my iPhone is not locked.

The iPad I got is an iPad mini 64 + 4g.

I tried a lot of different internet connections and they work, but still I can't get my iPad activated.

I have an important meeting tomorrow and have to use pages and this is runining me, I really need a solution, and everybody says sync to iTunes, but I can't.
