How do you set a reminder with the new ios7, nothing happens when i press the button on the app....?

I've been trying to set a reminder for ages but every time I click the '+' button nothing happens. Really need help!!!

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2

Thanks for the question. Instead of tapping the "+", you'll want to select a list and tap a blank line. See the following:

Add a reminder. Tap a list, then tap a blank line. You can choose which of your Mail, Contacts, and Calendars accounts is used to save the reminder.

Thanks. I do know how to type in a reminder, and I've looked at the little "i".


What I don't understand is the instruction from Apple that says "You can choose which of your Mail, Contacts, and Calendars accounts is used to save the reminder.”


I see no option for choosing. And anyway, what does that mean? Why would I want to save a reminder in a Contacts account?


I think it might be useful if my reminders integrated with my calendar so I don't have to be checking both calendar and reminders... Am I missing something fundamental here?

Ditto. I don't know how that's used nor do I see any reference to a 'calendar' when entering a reminder. I just use the Remiders app as I described.
