How do I NOT show the movies that are only in iCloud on my iPad menu?

How do I NOT show the movies that are only in iCloud on my iPad video menu? I only use the iPad to watch movies on airplanes, and I don't want to buy the wifi service from the airline. Now with IOS 7 every movie I have ever bought from iTunes shows up in the videos list on both my iPhone and my iPad. I don't like having to sift through all the movies I have already watched to get to the ones I have downloaded for watching on the plane.

Go to Settings>iTunes & App Store and turn Videos off under Show All.

I found the new solution as of June 2016

Go to - Settings > Videos > Turn off "Show iTunes Purchases"

This really should just be a button "Show local content only" built into the home screen of the in the app. Going to settings for this is a bit cumbersome.
