My macbook pro won't recognize my printer

I have a Ricoh Aficio C4000 and I have already installed the driver from the manufacter website. I can print from my Iphone, what means the printer is conected to my WiFi but my Mac won't find it. I have OS 10.8.5, HELPPP please!!!!
