Why do I have two recovery disks?

When I reboot holding down the option key, I see four icons: eDrive, SSD, Recovery-10.8, and Recovery - 10.8.4.

In addition to the question of two Recovery disks, since I am updated to 10.8.5, why do I not have a Recovery Disk numbered 10.8.5?
