James will be very sorely missed. He was a top notch contributor. His website about troubleshooting Time Machine is very well written and continues to be referenced here in ASC dozens of times daily.

Pondini has helped me more times than I can count on both hands, and was one of the members here I respected the most. So sad and surprised to hear of his passing 😟😢

What a sad news. One of our most valued members is gone. He will be hard to replace, but he will live on in our memories as the kind and helpful and wise gentleman he has been. His elaborate advice on the webpage and his helping hand in the community will be remembered all over the world.
