Try this First...
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...

My iPhone shutdown today, but it had 83 percent battery, and my power button is broken, and i tried to hooked it up to itunes and tried the wall charger, but my phone screen is still blank and wont pop up with the apple symbol what do i do?
