My keyboard shows keys with no letters on it when I go to text. I have an iphone 4 and recently updated to ios7 help please

close out of the message app, and then do a reset, no data loss. HOld down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
