I forget my answers for the security questions
I forget my answers for the security questions, and the email that is shown for the security question recovery, is wrong. how can i change that email?

If you don’t know your security questions, phone Apple (using the number listed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 ) and ask for the Account Security Team.
