Scroll issues on Safari?
Scrolling bounces. When scrolling down in safari the page jumps back to the top of the page when I release the mouse?

Try resetting the SMC and PRAM, each 2-3x. If you don't know how please click Intel iMac SMC and PRAM resets for instructions.
