iPhone Keyboard case like Blackberry?

Has anybody seen or heard of a physical keyboard case for the iphone that works as well as a blackberry?

I am a long time Blackberry user and since switching to iPhone I have tons of typo s in my email and hate the auto correct feature.

Don't really like the slide out kind, they make the phone too thick.

Suggestions?
