Q: Why do songs show up on my Iphone from my old itunes account but do not show up on my computer anymore

My songs show up on my Iphone and Ipad but not on my PC.   Why is that?  It only shows recent downloads and some newer files but nothing prior to that.

How do I import my songs on my Iphone/Ipad on to my PC.
