Q: When I plug my iPhone into the keyboard to charge it, I get a message that says A USB device needs more power. Happens on both sides of the keyboard. Charging from an AC outlet works fine.

Generally, keyboard USB ports are intended for low-power devices like mice. A phone is not a low-power device. Try a USB port on the computer itself.

That did work, but I've been chargeing my phone like this for years. It just started happening this evening.
