can i delete a song from icloud without deleting it from my itunes?

I dont want all of my music on my iphone but I cant seem to figure out how to get it off of my phone without disabeling icloud. Is there a way to delet music from my cloud without deleting it from my itunes?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.2

You can delete all the music off your phone by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, tap Edit, then tap ➖ next to All Music.
