I can't find airplay on my phone anywhere. I want to disable it but it is not in my control center like everyone else's. I never used it or enabled. I can't use it to watch Netflix in my normal old tv like I used.

Check the User Guide http://manuals.info.apple.com/MANUALS/1000/MA1565/en_US/iphone_user_guide.pdf. Information about AirPlay is on page 33. Sounds like you need to have an AirPlay enabled device on the same wifi network for AirPlay to show up.
When I swipe up to get my control center, there is no way to access my airplay. I tried to use an audio cord to play Netflix from my phone to the tv and it would not play because I need to disable my airplay/mirroring.
