Request for Apple TV

Hi All,

I bought one Apple TV in recently, i used Wi-Fi synchronize the Airplay to conneccted iPad 4 (iOS 7.02) and Apple TV, sometimes is connected normally but sometimes no response in between the iPad and Apple TV (only black screen on television) why? please advise me

Note: I used two IP cams, one apple TV, one PC are same connected to the router
