problem with new user regarding apple id

i m first time user of apple, i bought ipad mini, created my apple id, but still i cant go to app store and itune, whenever i log in it says "this apple id has not yet been used in itune store" please suggest what to do..??? it tells to press review button but than nothing happens only "loading..." process goes on

Congratulations on your new iPad mini! For the issue you are experiencing, I recommend signing out and back into the iTunes Store on your iPad mini:

Changing your Apple ID account

Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores, then tap the Apple ID signed in.

User uploaded file

Sign out of the current Apple ID account and then sign in with another account or create a new Apple ID.


The last step states to sign in with another account, but for the situation you described, I recommend just signing in with your same Apple ID.
