Q: Device: iPad 2. Problem: since iOS 7.0.2 upgrade I can't open iTunes Store. I've done hard reset to no avail. Everything else works fine! What's the safe fix?
Is anyone having trouble opening ITunes Store on IPad 2 (or other apple devices) since the latest upgrade? Mine worked for about five minutes after upgrade, and then it would not open up any longer giving me the message: "CANNOT CONNECT TO STORE"I, but I can connect to the Apps store. I synced my devices. I have latest soft wear updates on my PC and IPad. Everything worked fine before upgrade. I did a hard reset. My wifi connection was checked and rechecked. I had enough storage at the time of the upgrade. I'm not computer savvy, so please speak computer for dummies language should you be so kind to respond. Thank you in advance.
