Oct 11, 2013 7:00 AMby masudanoeru,thanks matt for your reply, however i tried to open itunes in safe mode or followed the suggestions u gave me, the problem still exists......it's ok to syncronize my iphone n new songs i added to itunes can be put in my iphone(i am using window 7 64bits)
when i tried to do this: connect my iphone->syncronization automatically takes place -> click "iphone" to browse the details of the phone -> click "apps"
there was a window popped out "Itune has stopped working: a problem cuased the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program n notify u if a solution is available."
whts happened/.\
