When i try to access the cloud after downloading the 7.0.2 it keeps telling me can't connect to server even though i have download other things, any thing else i can try

Q: newest update
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
No data is lost due to a reset.
Then try accessing iCloud.
