Can I use Airport with my Verizon UM290 "jump drive" internet service? How?

I have a verizon um290 "jump drive" for internet service but would like to use Airport for wireless service in conjunction with the jump drive. Verizon said this can be done. Please note this is not the "JetPack" from Verizon. Any/all help is appreciated.
