iTunes preorder conflict

I preordered an album via iTunes and got an email saying it's ready to download but when I open it in iTunes there's no download button. Help?

Try logging out of the apple ID, go locate the item in the store and select buy, it will then prompt you to sign in and when you sign in it should start downloading the order. Sometimes starting a download on a free app triggers it also.
