Ipnone 5s Case

Hey guys,

I am from Australia WA and I ordered and iphone 5s cover online at apple and it's coming from N.S.W in Australia, now it says it is coming from normal post, also apple says that i will should have it in a week, it was shipped on 1/10/13 and today is 9/10/13 and I still have not recieved it. What do you think would be the best move to take? Thanks
