My new 27" Cinema Display went black but sound still works

I've had this display for about 4 months now and about 3 weeks ago it suddenly went black. I can still hear the sound coming out of it and it only shows up (very dim) for only a split second when the computer restarts. All of the cables are plugged in appropriately into my 2011 Macbook Pro. I've tried unplugging it then plugging it back in, messing with the display settings with the windows gathered and I've plugged it into my Mac Pro. I'm not aware of any power outages in the area at the time and my other monitors (of the same type) are working just fine.

My fiancee bought this at our local Apple store but I hope I don't have to take it in. So any help would be apprechiated.
