Hi . Did anyone get an error message when attempting to upgrade to iOS 7.0.2 version . I got software update failed.

Hi, I'm having the same issue, and i was able to start the update on my laptop with itunes v11 and it said error update failed and my phone is stuck on the apple symbol with the bar at least 97% complete. it's now been 25 minutes and it's still in the same spot. what should i do? is it safe to disconnect my phone? reboot? help!
