Q: Security questions, and recovery e-mail address is no longer active

I can't remember my security questions, and my recovery e-mail address is no longer active. Is there a way to reset my security questions by sending the reset e-mail to my main e-mail account that is also registered?

No; you need to contact Apple. Click here, phone them, and ask for the Account Security team, or fill out and submit this form.
