My Apple ID was disable do to fraudulent use I've went back in and reset my password and now when I try to update my apps it still says Apple ID disabled

Does anyone know how to fix a Apple ID been disabled message I've tried to reset my password but didn't work

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.2
