Oct 8, 2013 9:47 PM in response to Bert57by willyoman,Try to reset the device:
*Device reset*
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
- 1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
- 2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
- 3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

Oct 8, 2013 10:49 PM in response to Bert57by franzkaiser,Do you mean move and scale for wallpaper? If so, this is an issue with the new iOS. You can use the Filterstorm app to resize you pic to fit. Make it 2048 x 1536 for Retina Display iPads.

Oct 8, 2013 11:00 PM in response to Bert57by Matorresjr ,They need to hurry and fix this, who wants to go though an app just to set wallpaper? iPad and iPhone seem to be able to do anything technically... but not set wallpaper? crazy. This response is no disrepect to franzaiser, it's just frustrating with multiple problems with this update.

Oct 27, 2013 1:33 PM in response to smileypetedby Apfelwurm,No one from Apple reads your post here.
This forum is for iPad users helping other iPad users.
If you want to talk to Apple, use their feedback procedure:

For the scaling problem, you can try this:
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5595
If that doesn't fix things, you may want to try my workaround:
