Is my charger under a warranty?
I heard that all contents of the iPhone package are under a 1-year warranty. Is this true? If it is, how do I go about the process of exchanging my charger?

This is true. If you have an issue with your charger, bring it in to your local Apple store, or call Apple Care to arrange to send it in.
