Oct 8, 2013 10:50 PM in response to Tracey1963by ssschmidt,Unless you transferred your purchases to a computer, the tones are unfortunately gone. They are not stored in iTunes in the cloud. You should always perform a transfer of purchases prior to updating a device. The only other way to possibly recover them would be to contact the iTunes store using Expresslane (expresslane.apple.com), provide the ringtone names that you are missing, and they "might" regrant them if they are still available in the iTunes store. Check your purchase history for the transaction ID numbers, as that may help in the recovery process.
