Stuck in "Processing App Transfer"

I'm experiencing a similar issue, but have not heard any responses from support. It has been about three weeks.

we are in the same position. we bought two apps from a company who initiated a transfer on each one. First, a small app, Instabackground, which went through almost instantaneously. The next one, which happened to be the main one, Flipagram, has been stuck in processing for more than a week now, with little information from Apple as to what the heck is causing the delay.

We are experiencing the same issue.

Ours as been stuck in that state for over a week now. We are actually losing money in sales and Apple is not willing to provide any insight into what the issue is. Our ticket has been escalated to the "highest" levels and that appears to have done nothing. It is currently in the hands of their engineering team who work in a black box so until they decide to reach out to us we are in the dark.

This is honestly one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had with Apple.

Same issue here, stucked in processing app transfer status over 2 weeks with no reply. Can you please let me know when did they finally solve your problem?

Having a similar problem at the moment. I transferred 4 apps from a personal to a business account. 3 of them went through alright - in a matter of hours actually - but one has been stuck for 15 days now. I contacted Apple from my personal account to ask what was going on, and got a generic reply saying they're "processing" the transfer and they'll get back to me. That was 9 days ago and I haven't heard from them since.

I've just contacted them from my business account basicly asking the same question, with a slight tone of urgency between the lines.

These 4 apps are very similar to each other. The one that is stuck has no more or less features than the other 3. Very annoying to be in this position and even more annoying to not get a reply back from Apple.

Did you guys get it sorted out in the end?

Any resolutions here? been 3 weeks for me.

I got a mail back from Apple saying they do not have the direct answer to as to why this issue has occured but they're working to fix it asap.

Thing is I bet they send that as a generic reply to everyone. The most annoying part of it all - for me - is not being able to update the app while it's in this state.

Pffff.

I'm very sad about this, Apple is not the same without Steve Jobs.

Uggg, same thing for a month. I guess I'm not alone.

Same problem for me, transferred 2 apps from personal to business account. First app (not using push service) went through in a matter of minutes. The second, more complex app ins in transfer for about 3 weeks now.

Does anyone eventually got the transfert completed? It been 8 business days for me and still nothing from Apple

It's been 6 weeks since I started the app transfer. Every week I send a mail to apple support. But they keep saying that their are reviewing the issue as soon as possible.

Think it was a bad idea to transfer an app while they released iOS9 and new itunes connect. I think they just don't have enough time to review the issue.
