Having seemingly successfuly installing iOS 7 on my iPhone 5 everything appears to be working o/k but the App Store button has disappeared! The iTunes Store button is displayed and that works fine. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this?

Check: Settings - General - Restrictions - Installing Apps = ???
Check: Settings - General - Restrictions - Installing Apps = ???
If restrictions wasn't the culprit, try
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout
Settings>General - Scroll down to Reset then select Reset Home Screen Layout ...See if the App Store is now on your Home Screen.
