my imac g5 10.4.11 doesn't recognize canon pixma mp 495 series printer. Fails to add printer, error message comes up. I tried all possible usb ports: 3 on the back of imac and two at the keyboard. What should I do? Thank you. Valery www.longevitywatch.com

Did it come with 10.4.11 drivers? I only see drivers for Mac OS X v10.8, Mac OS X v10.7, Mac OS X v10.6, Mac OS X v10.5
