I used iPhone 4S after up iOS to 7.0.2.I cannot use hotspot how can I do ( I did reset network ,reset all setting

And restored before ask) That I can use hotspot with ios6

I too have this USB tethering problem after the iOS 7.0.2 upgrade. The article referenced does not solve the problem for me.
