I have an iphone coming tomorrow and need the pre-sign form for UPS delivery. The "Pre-sign for this shipment" link mysteriously disappeared from my order status page. It was there yesterday. Gone today.
Any suggestions?
Same thing here. I just called customer service and they are trying to help me. They updated their website last night and that link disappeared. I would suggest calling them
Apple just emailed me a form to sign for UPS
I am in the same situation. I just called Apple and they recognized the issue right away. I guess many peopl are experiencing this problem. You just call them and they will send you the form through email.
could you post a link to the form so others could print it too?
The forms are specific to your order. I had three separate order numbers and they sent me three different forms. The form already lists the order number and the UPS tracking number, they are not generic

I am having a hard time believing what just happened when I called Apple Customer Service.
They DEMANDED $20 before they would transfer me to the team that could send me the form.
So Apple's web site is broken. I am a customer who has every iphone they ever made, a Mac Pro and iMac, several Macbooks and numerous ipods. But I have to pay $20 to get a form that isn't there because their website is broken?
THAT is the WORST customer service I have ever had. Bar none.
