Oct 9, 2013 7:09 AM in response to larnychiby King_Penguin,How are you trying to reinstall it ? If it's still in your country's App Store then it should show in the Purchased tab in the App Store for redownloading.
If you are trying to sync it back form your computer's iTunes, then connect and then select the iPad on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (you can enable the sidebar via control-S on a PC), and on the right-hand side of the screen select the Apps tab and use the listbox to select which of apps that you have on your iTunes library that you want to have on your iPad, and click the Apply/Sync button bottom right of the screen

Oct 9, 2013 7:33 AM in response to larnychiby King_Penguin,You don't do it via this website, if you haven't already done so then you can download and install iTunes from here : http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ (if you now have iOS 7 on your iPad then you will need the current version of iTunes installed on your computer)
When you connect the iPad to your computer it should then appear on the left-hand sidebar (if you've enabled the sidebar via control-S) of that iTunes application.
If you don't have iTunes installed on your computer then presumably the iPad has never been synced to that computer (?), in which case you might find this page for syncing to a new computer useful : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3141
If you don't have that app on your computer then you can redownload it (and possibly films, music, TV shows) via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page :
Or you can redownload apps directly on your iPad via the Purchased tab in the App Store store app.

Oct 9, 2013 8:12 AM in response to larnychiby King_Penguin,Do you have the apps on your computer's iTunes library e.g. if you select the Apps section of your Library do any apps show ?
If not then you will need to download them from the store first, which you can do via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the iTunes store homepage.
When you select the iPad 'device' on the left-hand sidebar and select the Apps tab on the right-hand side of the screen you should then get a listbox of the apps that you have in your computer's iTunes library that are compatible with the iPad (e.g. some apps may need full-phone capability and can't be installed on an iPad), and against each of them should be a button (Install, Remove and when you have updates for apps download on your computer Update). If you click the Install button against thost that you want to install the button will then change to 'Will Install' (clicking that will put it back to Install), and when you've finished selecting which to install, click the Apply button at the bottom right of the screen
