Safari Home Screen Apps in Chinese!!!

Why are the apps on my Safari home screen in Chinese when everything else on my phone is in English? How do I change App descriptions/words to English?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2

If the names of apps on your home screen appear in Chinese, you may want to check the International settings for your device:

International settings

Go to Settings > General > International to set the following:

The language for iPhone

Thanks for the reply Jeremy but that did not fix the problem. What did was going into my bookmarks in Safari and deleting Chinese websites that were in Favorites (I have no idea how these websites were selected as Favorites because I didn't do this) but that did it ....problem solved!
