Safari is no longer working after windows update I think

What do I need to provide for you guys to troubleshoot this?

Before doing a list of 28 updates of Windows I tested out some amount of programs.

Including all browers but Safarai due to me not using this brower that much. I had forgot it!!! **** me. Cause now I'm unsure if this program even worked before I did the update.

So what should I do?

I launch it and nothing happens.
