App store not working properly a new hard drive in iMac

Hey guys,

My seagate hard drive crashed, so had to get a new hard drive in intel late 2009 iMac. When I go to app store, it is acting weird. Some of the programs it says I have installed are not installed on my computer. So I am unable to download them. Also I am unable to update garageband, imovie and iphoto. No clue what needs to be done. Hope spmepme has a answer.
