Since I have iOS7 the function 'guided access' doesn't work anymore... Can anyone help me?

Perform a "hard reset" on the device by pressing down and holding the home button and the sleep/wake button for up to 30secs. until you see a black screen with the Apple logo, then release.
Then test to see if it solved the problem.

But then I lose everything on my iPad right?
No. A device reset as described above will not remove any data, music, preferences or otherwise. Think of it as resetting your PC. Nothing is lost...except for maybe a minute of your time.
It didn't work! Does anyone know another way?
