i am trying to erase all content and settings on iphone 4s...response says..verification failed, internet connection appears to be off line....what can i do?
Did you go to Settings>General>Reset - Reset All? If you don't have a WiFi connection you could go to Setting>Cellular>Data = 'On'
Does the phone have an Internet connection? Either cellular or WiFi?
