iPhone Won't Wake Up

Hello

I have a iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.2.

It has been working okay since I updated from 7 to 7.0.2.

But lately, and this is the second time it has done this in a week-- the iPhone won't wake up.

I have to use the Home Button and the power button to hard reset it to bring it back from the abyss.

The battery is charged.

Is my iPhone messed up?

It never did this under iOS 6.

Is there a iOS 7 setting I don't know about which is causing this issue?

Any help is appreciated.

Update is not as thorough as a Restore. Restore your iPhone with current iTunes on computer.

I've done a backup then Restore, then Restored my stuff back on the iPhone.

Hope this does the trick.
