Episode Not Showing Up in iTunes

I have a podcast with the following RSS: http://www.colormefunnycomedy.com/?feed=podcast

I uploaded a new episode Saturday. Today, 4 days later, it is still not in the iTunes store. This is a time sensitive episode, as there are fight predictions and breakdowns for a live event tonight. Any help you can suggest?
