Before upgrading to IOS 7 I could set the time before the phhone locked to something reasonable (like an hour). Now it seems that the maximum time is 5 minutes. How annoying it is to hqave to enter the passcode after only 5 minutes of non use. Is there a way I'm missing to eliminate this (othre than turning off Auto-lock altogther)?

Correct, for the iPhone screen to stay on, the most it can go is 5 min or have it completely turn off, even in iOS 6. Now if you do not want to enter in your passcode immediately after it locks, you can change that time and it goes up to 4 hours.

It used to be able to be set for up to 4 hours. Now I can only find 1 hour as the max for my iphone 5.
My friend who is using iphone 5 still have the 4 hours option. Both of us are using IOS7. Strange.
