Help with ringtones!!!

I created ringtones using garage band on iPhone 5 with ios7. This was a direct save as ringtone feature within GarageBand. Did not have to sync With itunes. It worked for weeks any now all of sudden it reverted back to the default ringtone for all calls. I rebooted phone and recreated the tone, same deal happens.

Any suggestions are welcome!
