Using the Next Destination feature with shift work

As I understand it the Next Destination feature learns where you have been and tries to learn your work pattern if you have put your work and home address into your contact details. I work shift work and my shifts change every week so I have never seen the Next Destination feature show up in my Notification Centre.

Can someone tell me if I will ever get this feature working properly? I am using an iPhone 5S
