How do I update iTunes to reset my iPhone 4?

So my iPhone 4 has been updated to iOS7 & stuff, but today i put in my passcode & nothing.. it got disabled & when I connect it to iTunes to recover it , it says " The iPhone (iPhone) could not be restored, An unknown error occured (3194).

Please help me reset it 😟
