Cant Install ITUNES!

I cant install Itunes, please help.

The issue started when I was updating my itunes and my computer turned off (maybe battery problem)

I started it back up and the itunes was all messed up, so I uninstalled it and all related files.

Then I tried to reinstall and it is giving me an error.

Tried some trouble shooting things, tried creating a new user admin and downloading on that.

Nothing is working im still getting the same error. Any ideas?

The only thing I can think of now is wiping my computer and starting over, I dont know what else.

I need my itunes! PLEASE HELP
