how do i turn off voice armor
My iphone 5 has activated voice armor and I don't know how to turn it off. It will not let me enter the security code or anything else.

It is not a feature of the iPhone.
What is it and why do you think you have it?
If you are referring to VoiceOver, then you probably accidentally enabled it. If you hit the home button 3 times quickly, it should bring up a menu. The top item on that menu should be "VoiceOver". Now if you have VoiceOver turned on, you will need to double tap the VoiceOver button to turn it back off.
Once you have it turned off, you can go into Settings->General->Accessibility->Accessibility Shortcut (at the very bottom). It should show "Ask >" if you select that, you can uncheck "VoiceOver" so you won't accidentally turn it back on again in the future.

Voice Over Fix
Press the Home Button 3 Times...

Settings > General > Accessibility > Voice Over > Off

Thanks everyone. Had to do a hard reset and restore to solve the problem. Still do not know how it was activated.
