When I plug my external hard drive in my MacBookPro, show in my recycle bin a plenty of files and when I try empty it, this operations doens't work!
A message error is display "error -22".
So... What Can I do?

Try emptying the Trash while holding down the Option key. There isn't a recycle bin.
I don't think that will work, but worth a try.
I can't find any reference to that error code, so I'm not sure what it means.
What format is the external drive?
If a Mac OS format, try repairing it in Disk Utility.
I just tried Trash It!, and it works, so it SHOULD be able to empty your trash.
